This course was developed from funding received through the OSHA Susan Harwood Training Grant. It discusses the importance of finding, recognizing, and fixing hazards in the loading dock and shipping & receiving areas of a business. Many of the lessons learned in this ½ day 4-hour course can be applied throughout the business operations.
